TimE (1016), Tokyo, Japan Dec 4, 2007 Dark hazy brown color. Caramel, whisky, a touch of bread in the nose. The mouth follows through with caramel, milk chocolate and brandy. Much more like a thin dopplebock. I like the flavors, but its going two different directions at once. Although enjoyable, it would be better to put the ABV up to 8% and call it a dopplebock.
