May 19, 2007 Dark brown color with off white head. Fruity hops and sweet malt come together nicely in the nose with just a touch of coffee. Sweet malty start with toffee, cherries. Full bodied, but not so well balanced. Bitter dry finish with hints of toffee.
This was the first beer made on the new brewing system. Although decent, I felt if it was made on the old system it would have been much better. Luckily since then the bigger system is making just as good stuff as the old system.
