Bel colore ambrato con una schiuma fine ma aderente e decisamente persistente.Al naso risulta molto profumata,di frutta. In bocca è altresì speziata.Molto frizzante in modo piacevole....si passava per la Langa con gli amici, deviazione obbligatoria e dovuta.Ottima!

Bottle from A tutta Birra, Milan. Rich, earthy, some barnyard. Belgian style sourness, the citrus cuts through the maltiness. A lovely play between sour and fruity, ripe apples. Not acidy sour, just balanced beer sour. Lively carbonation.

Bottled 0,75L. Much lively head with good volume and discreet persistence. Fraught orange color, decidedly hazy and with optimal and persistent bubbly aspect. Much complex aroma, extremely vinous and flowery. Detached notes of alcohol, yeast, withered flowers and resin. Wrapping, fraught, round and warm taste. Harmonious and dense body with sweet and long-lasting end.
Thanks to Nello for this one.

Muddy amber color; big head. Sharp aroma of white pepper above some malt. Good body structure, malty flavor, sweet, with light spices and a unique delicate sourness (maybe from the buckwheat, refreshing), never found before in other beers. The final is ticklish (?) because of the carbonatio, dry, with a very light astringency. Very interesting. Excellent.

Bottle shared with Hogtown Harry, GregClow, and Blankboy. Cloudy yellow, big foamy white head - looks neat. Nice aroma of apple, yeast, very dry. Good taste: grapefruit, yeast, very fruity and dry. An excellent refreshing beer and a nice surprise.

Bottle (750ml). Shared with blankboy, GregClow and tupalev - courtesy of most-generous you-know-who-you-are ;=]. Poured cloudy yellow, very lively-looking, wish a huge lasting tightly foamy white head, leaving thick sheets of lace one the inside of my glass (4+). Incredibly dry and yeasty aroma, pungently spicy, with lemon zest, herbal notes and sweet malt as it warmed. Taste is also very dry - the dry, sharp spice dominated my palate, but some appleseed and tart tropical fruit came into the finish, as did an increasing alcohol presence. Mouthfeel was quite impressive, lively carbonation, light acidity (felt a bit like an unsweetened grapefruit spritzer), held up well through the finish - one person at-table thought it reminded them of a bitter champagne with citrus overtones - well done - and thank you, kind benefactor!
