Commercial Description:
As catching to the sight (with a creamy froth similar to cappuccino) as pleasing to the palate, the Brune du Baladin is a dark beer which, thanks to the blend of 4 different malts, can transmit the sweet characteristic of Caramel, the taste of toasted coffee, the enjoyable and never invasive bitterness of its hop Hersbrucker that ends with an aftertaste delicate and similar to liquorice. Its strong body do not spoil the pleasure given to the palate by a so balanced and inviting aroma. Its low alcohol content and its delicate bouquet make this beer suitable for any occasion, from pleasingly accompany an elaborated meal to a simple sandwich. Fantastic in company of friends, it becomes intriguing with your own partner, for the good taste it leaves on the lips.

Very nice appearance, with a huge nitro head. The aroma is very weak, some caramel, some roastiness. Nothing more to add about flavours.

Artebirra Pasturana 2008: appena assaggiata, mi rifarò al birrificio non appena avrò un po’ di tempo.

Draught Huge nitro head, brownish-beige over near black beer: looking for all the world like a draught Guinness. Very smoked, roasted nose and... ether? Green leaves, roasted coffee. Soft smoked, cigar ashes, and in the end a whiff of brown malts. Light, very creamy texture. Nitrokeg character. Strange beer, light but at the same time suggesting more.

Dark colour, thick and generous head, yoghurt-like. Pleasant roasted malt aroma. Pleasant taste, but somehow light, roasted malt, very light sourness. Ordinary palate.
