Bottled. Muddy amber, very lively aroma. Orangery, peachy, almondy nose. Sweet and very soft. Gently malty but exploding with flavours. Orangey finish. The combination of a delicate, soft malt character and an intricate yeast character makes this an outstandingly complex beer.

Bottle @ OMH-tasting
Nice bottle. Lovely "tutti-frutti" aroma (a la Fantome-brews). Rosehips, yeast and a generic belgian dubble taste. Rich fruity sweetness. Plenty of carbon dioxide.

Powerful beer. Driven by big malts and very sweet caramel, milky chocolate notes. Some heat on the back palate but very good.

Bottle, courtesy of Lorenzo @ ZBF 2005. Hazy gold, fluffy but shortlived white head and gentle condition. Alcoholic in the nose with solid sweet yeastiness and fruits apparent, much the same in the mouth but with some banana and smoky phenols developing. Soft, slightly sweet and yeasty in the finish with some retronasal alcohol.

Dense and abounded foam even if slightly evanescent. Hazy red color, much elegant and intriguer. Discreet fizz. Sweet and rich scent, notes of aged red fruit, cherry and orange’s peel. Light malty aroma in the end. Pungent, rich, pleasant and light peppery taste. Modest and balanced bitter. Long and not excessive overbearing end.

(Bottle 75 cl) Reddish amber, slightly hazy with a firm sediment at the bottom of the bottle. Huge bubbly head from a very high carbonation. Sweetish malt feel but a surprisingly light body considering the high alcohol. 190305
