Enchanting aroma of malt, citrusy hops, caramel and toffee, hazy amber, tiny cream head. Flavour has rich malt, and a fine fruity/caramel mix. Medium bodied, well balanced, nice tongue tingle. Great!

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Apr 29, 2009 Bottle. Thick and alcoholic, sweet, candy-ish and malty. Pretty over the top with the yeastyness, ended up being a bit detrimental to the rest of the beer. And to much noticeable alcohol. mspindler (351), Alta Loma, California, USA

Pours golden with a large white head. Whiskey stands out in the aroma along with some dark fruits and spices. and a touch of citrus. Flavor is really weird. Belgian characteristics are present but there’s something strangely bitter going on with alot of alcohol hotness, must be the yeast. Medium bodied with lots of carb. Didn’t really care for this one.
