Bottle @ Mondial de la Biere 2009
Appearance: murky, muddy amber with plenty of floaties. Mid-light fine top.
Nose: Sweet , grainy malts, bit green hop character , hint of wheat , alcohol dry top.
Flavor/Palate : Full bodied. Straight clear , juicy amber , good malt. Fairly smooth work with drying alcohol. Hint of sourness at top end. Good , straight strong ale.14+/20

Bottle @ Mondial 2009. Enchanting aroma of malt, citrusy hops, caramel and toffee, hazy amber, tiny cream head. Flavour has rich malt, and a fine fruity/caramel mix. Medium bodied, well balanced, nice tongue tingle. Great!

Bottle. Brown orange with a small off-white head. Aromas are spicy, woody and earthy with peppery notes. Some raisins. Flavours are caramel malts with lots of alcohol and bitter hops. Smooth underlying malts. Peppery and yeasty on the finish.

Bottle. Dark bronze beer with a spiced aroma, and a rich and malty flavour. Overall a reasonable but basic malty and spiced beer.

Bottle. Thick and alcoholic, sweet, candy-ish and malty. Pretty over the top with the yeastyness, ended up being a bit detrimental to the rest of the beer. And to much noticeable alcohol.

Bottle at Pizza Port Belgian Beer Party. Apparently this is fermented with "whiskey yeast". Pours golden with a large white head. Whiskey stands out in the aroma along with some dark fruits and spices. and a touch of citrus. Flavor is really weird. Belgian characteristics are present but there’s something strangely bitter going on with alot of alcohol hotness, must be the yeast. Medium bodied with lots of carb. Didn’t really care for this one.
