Commercial Description:
Wheat beer, revolutionary in the world of italian productions, the "Isaac Biere" present absolutely original qualities. It is, in fact, a biere blanche of obvious belgian root, with an intense fruity fragrance where the camomile and mallow stand out. Balanced taste of apricot, pear and fig with a lovely spicy note, typical for the white beer. Its quality of very pleasing and easy to drink beer and its olfactory characteristic gain it the appellation of "biere pour enfants" ( and not by chance Isaac is the name of Mastro Teo's son). Excellent during meals it matches wonderfully first dishes and fish, while its use in cooking allows enjoyable and appreciated variations.

Fully hazy yellow beer with small yellowish head. Coriander, way too much. Sweet background nose with a pinch of acidity. Coriander soup. Isaac is inspired by Hoegaarden and some Walloon witbeers, but manages to put Hoegaardens smaller failing ideosyncracies to a farce. Sticky, wheatslickness, sweet aftertaste. Never will be my type of beer. Already years ago, this was my first Italian craftbeer; thank God I’ve learned there are others. On this, my opinion will hardly ever change, I’m afraid.

Bottled, in Italy. Aromatic and refreshing. A very refreshing blonde/wheat beer, great for a summers day. Can compete with the best wit beers aut there IMHO.

Orange pale color, medium bubbly. Yielded and sour scent; notes of exotic fruit like mango and kivi. Lightly sour taste and pepper mill. Much lively and pungent. Fresh and a lot little bitter. Extremely drinkable. An exotic juice slightly alcoholic.
