Cloudy yellow golden colour with a diminishing head. Simplistic malt and fruit laden flavour. Esy drinking with nice mouthfeel. Not distinctive enough to me. Papsoe (15103), Frederiksberg, Denmark

But as all Baladins this gets hazy almost muddy at the end from a rich sediment. Very fresh, spicy nose, which leads you in the direction of Belgian Wheat. Again an experiment in different spices: coriander, camomile and mallow - the last one is new to me. An extremely refreshing beer. 310105 Choos (504), Taylors Hill, Australia

Hazed Nectarine.
Aroma of various spices, mostly coriander but also notes of caramel, butter, orange and apricot. Lovely.
Glazed caramel and coriander all over the palate with superb light fruit flavors and balance in all ways. Pepper, vanilla and peach notes are present as well. The coriander taste in this beer was unlike anything I have ever tasted. This was a great white! OlJuntan64 (1267), Perth, Australia
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 18, 2004 Faintly hazy medium yellow with hint of orange colour. Medium size shortish lasting fine bubbled off white head. Some orange brown sediment flecks on bottom of bottle. Fraint dry grainy citrus flower aroma. Light bodied and thinner mouth feel than most other wits I've tried. Inoffensive to blandish light grainy sourdough and touch of citrus (grapefruit) peel and chinese 5 spice powder and something floral fruity flavour - maybe honesuckl-like I guess. Some may like like it's delicate nature but I prefer a wit with a bit more definition than this. OK I guess but definitely not worth the price we’re paying for it in Oz mutant (854), Melbourne, Australia

Lemon flavour develops more complex orange notes. Not overly spicy, this is very delecate and would be better in summer than winter.
