Commercial Description:
Wheat beer, revolutionary in the world of italian productions, the "Isaac Biere" present absolutely original qualities. It is, in fact, a biere blanche of obvious belgian root, with an intense fruity fragrance where the camomile and mallow stand out. Balanced taste of apricot, pear and fig with a lovely spicy note, typical for the white beer. Its quality of very pleasing and easy to drink beer and its olfactory characteristic gain it the appellation of "biere pour enfants" ( and not by chance Isaac is the name of Mastro Teo's son). Excellent during meals it matches wonderfully first dishes and fish, while its use in cooking allows enjoyable and appreciated variations.

The aroma is sweet with notes of yeast and corriander. The color is an unclear light yellow and it has a fine but disappearing head. The flavor is sweet with dominating notes of wheat and corriander - just like a witbier should taste. It ends on a dry wheaty note. The body is quite thin. Admited I'm not a witbier lover - but also far from not liking it - so I wonder why my marks are so far of from the previous raters.

(Bottle 75 cl) Starts off very beautiful and golden - and clear. But as all Baladins this gets hazy almost muddy at the end from a rich sediment. Very fresh, spicy nose, which leads you in the direction of Belgian Wheat. Again an experiment in different spices: coriander, camomile and mallow - the last one is new to me. An extremely refreshing beer. 310105

Cloudy blond colour, thin collar of thick head. Very nice aroma, a little spicy, white sugar, malt, citrus fruits. Different from traditional wheat ales, more similar to a brauhaus pils, good malt and hop, light. Ordinary palate.

It is hazy, warm golden with a huge head. The aroma has notes of flowers, wheat and light yeast. The flavour has sweetness and notes of flowers, very aromatic/perfumed flowers, wheat and yeast. It is mild and quite straightforward.

Bottle, bought @ YNWA, Kolding. Pours a muddy pale yellow - almost creamy in colour. Aroma is powerfully spiced, lots of ginger, camomille as well as grassy and grapefruit hops. Medium carbonation and a little thin. Flavour is sweet and rather spicy again. Biscuity malts mix nicely with ginger, coriander and a light fruity sweetness. Quite dry and bitter finish.
