Commercial Description:
Wheat beer, revolutionary in the world of italian productions, the "Isaac Biere" present absolutely original qualities. It is, in fact, a biere blanche of obvious belgian root, with an intense fruity fragrance where the camomile and mallow stand out. Balanced taste of apricot, pear and fig with a lovely spicy note, typical for the white beer. Its quality of very pleasing and easy to drink beer and its olfactory characteristic gain it the appellation of "biere pour enfants" ( and not by chance Isaac is the name of Mastro Teo's son). Excellent during meals it matches wonderfully first dishes and fish, while its use in cooking allows enjoyable and appreciated variations.

Birra particolarissima, con uno spiccato sentore di coriandolo. Strana sul palato, piacevolmente astringente, profumata e gustosa.

Pours a hazy yellow. Very spicy aroma, there was a weird almost mandarin/lemon citrus note and a little funkyness on the nose. The taste is quite funky, musty and spicy. Chewy mouth feel. Some wheat but not much... I really like this beer.

Purchased and sampled in Milan, Italy. Hazed Nectarine. Aroma of various spices, mostly coriander but also notes of caramel, butter, orange and apricot. Lovely. Glazed caramel and coriander all over the palate with superb light fruit flavors and balance in all ways. Pepper, vanilla and peach notes are present as well. The coriander taste in this beer was unlike anything I have ever tasted. This was a great white!

Bottled, in Italy. Aromatic and refreshing. A very refreshing blonde/wheat beer, great for a summers day. Can compete with the best wit beers aut there IMHO.

Cloudy appereance, pale yellow colour, nice persistent head. The aroma is fruity (orange and tangerine). The flavour is quite sweet, with strong traces of orange peels, citrus and tangerine. Nice spicy finish. Pleasant and really refreshing. I could drink litres and litres of this beer without feeling bored. Another great quality beer from Baladin.

Birra Bianca 5% in 750ml bottle, in a restaurant on Isola Tiberina, Roma, Italy.
Organic, pale golden body, large foaming head, citrus flavour, silky palate, granny smith notes that linger on the palate. Best beer I had in Rome. Shared with Mr. B on winter’s day in 2007.

Bottle: Sweet orange aroma, light spicy. Hazy yellow color, small white foamy head with little retention. Intensive orange flavor, sweetness, light acid touch and very spicy. Intensive, dry coriander flavor. Long astringent, dry and spicy finish. A very good summer beer and a real good witbier.
