Commercial Description:

Off white full lasting head. Cloudy orange colour. aroma is malty, spicy, fruity (peach) with floral notes. Aroma is malty and fruity with light sour tones, ending in a fruity (cherries) finish. Medium bodied.

Bottle from A tutta Birra, Milan. Rather thin, some citrus, mostly sweet cherries. Cloudy pink, lots of carbonation.

Small white head quickly disappears. Muddy opaque pinkish brown body. Acidic sharpish cherry and metal aroma with milky toffee notes. Acidic milky wooden vaguely cherryish yeast taste. Dry yeasty cherry aftertaste. Not very nice. (0.75l bottle at Knut Albert’s.)

Bottled 0,75L. Much compact and dense head, good persistence. Orange color clearly, discreetly torbid and with a good fizz. Rich and spiced scent; notes of cereals like as barley and spelt. Light notes of fruit, peel of peach and the orange (least sour black cherry). Enough pungent taste and much sour one. Balanced with a most light bitter. Sour end with notes of clear grape, wine cellar and must. Unusual and originates one.

Bottled. Cloudy amber. Aroma of cinnamon and cherry. Dryish, lively and spicy with light, sparkling mouthfeel. Flavours are discrete but pleasant, and it isn’t the mindblowing, extrovert beer the fantastic bottle makes you believe it is, wherefore I believe it is easy to overlook the qualities of this beer.

(botle)Hazy orange colour with fluffy white head. Light sourish aroma with vague notes of yeast old wood and dried cherries. Fruity and a bit woody flavour of cherries and cork. Quite charming and refreshing drink. Thanx a lot Per!

Cloudy orange color. Yeasty aroma, a bit sour. Some residual sweetness, too much carbonation. Ends quite thin and dry. Poor fruit character.
