Commercial Description: Smell initially dominated by a delicious vanilla with soft but precise hints of toffee, ginger and an hardly noticeable "cooked cream", then, the forest fruits aroma gain the ascendant with the gooseberry standing out sharply and pleasantly, while the vanilla appears now and then. Very interesting "Ale" having a very good aspect both in the soft orange color and in the creamy, solid, persistent and perfectly coating the glass froth. Its not a classic "bitter ale" but more similar to a "Yorkshire strong ale", to me, with a full and round body that can boasts a complex and articulated smell and a warm and varied fruity aroma.
