Commercial Description:
Aroma initially characterized by pepper that fight in a field ruled by a rich fruity fragrance of dried fruits with ripen banana, toffee and a soft sweet chocolate fragrance. The attentive taster shouldn't miss a sharp floral of rose and a sensation of must of wine always pleasant.

Bottle. Poured brown color with an average fizzy brown head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Good complex fruit and malt aroma. Medium body with a sticky texture. Medium sweet chocolate flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Very interesting beer.

Bottle. Dark ruby mahogony beer with a nice tan head. Yeasty, lemony aroma. Tart lemony (though tartness doesn’t last), spicy flavor with some underlying caramel. Medium bodied. Lemony finish that fades to herbal tones with some honey. Easy to drink. Smooth mouthfeel. Hides alcohol well. It’s different and I can see people either not liking it, or digging it.

Bottle. Dark brown with red notes and a huge khaki head. Rich chocolate and yeasty aroma with a hint of pepper. Bitter chocolate flavors, good balance, ending semi-dry.Some yeastiness. Warming alcohol, dry mouthfeel. Brewer Teo Musso shows craftmanship again.

Bottle. Small tan head that mostly diminished, opaque, no visible carbonation, and a dark brown hue. Nose was malty, caramel, sweet, some toffee, banana, and some dark fruits which aren’t very strong. Flavor was malty, sweet, tingly, caramel, and a light vinuous taste. Medium body.

Poured almost as dark as a stout with a fairly large head and excellent lacing. Aroma is light on everything but toffee is probably the most prominent. Some darker fruits and caramel, but you really have to search. Overall about the same as the aroma... just not a lot going on. Not flawed, but far from exciting. That’s not cool when this is $10+/bottle.

Not a bad beer from Italy. Aged this winter brew until the summer. Pours with an abundance of carbonation. Mama mia!?!? The color was a dark copper. Smelled of tart cherries and apples. The taste was WEAK. Slightly sweet at first the a little alcohol then nothing. Remind me never to go to Italy in the winter.

HWOH thanks to Slinger. Pours a Ruby amber body with some yeasty floaties, and a nice beige head. Aroma of fruity esters, light oxidation, some green apple and apple juice mixed in with some caramel malt notes. Sweet caramel flavor with light nuttyness, and some alcohol with a relatively light body.

750ml bottle-pours a light tan head with dark brown color with particles. Aroma is musty dark fruit. Taste is musty, dark fruit, creamy, syrup. OK carbonation.
