Resinous, spicy spruce, pine, peppery, woody aroma has strong notes of pineapple-orange-lemon, lavender flowers and icing sugary sweetness. Opaque tan-copper with fine-bubbled, fizzy, white head that diminishes to partial cover and ring. Some dark brown sediment. Orange-pineapple-cherry esters with pepper and spruce spiciness and floral-vanilla tones in the aftertaste. Medium body is dry and well-attenuated with gently prickling carbonation that awakens the tongue. Bottle enjoyed with beerbuzzmontreal, MartinT, Olivier_MTL, Rastacouere and Yowie.

Pours a cloudy orange color with lots of floaties and no head. Dry aroma of fruits and yeast. Flavor of spices, lavender, fruits and yeast. Light to medium body, creamy texture, moderate carbonation.

Opaque cloudy orange-yellow color. Nice off-white head recedes to a ring. Big nose, very spicy. Original notes of lavender and spruce reminds of soap or deodorant. Woody and dry character, I wouldn’t mind drowning in that one. Nicely floral yeast aptly providing new developments in mouth where sage and aquatic plants juice bring up a whole new world of interesting flavours, but it’s globally less well integrated than the nose. Moderately carbonated, medium bodied. Impressive Italian beer!

The aroma had slight flowers, a thin citrus note, and malty. The flavor had slight flowers and citrus notes w/ a little maltiness. The flavor was kinda thin. The beer poured a slightly cloudy yellow w/ thin head and lacing. The mouthfeel was light and creamy.

Pours with a golden body with some floaters, topped by a medium thick, white head with some lacing. It’s slighlty sweet yet a touch sour with a lemony note. Not much else. Medium bodied and dry.

Poursa golden hue with a light white head. Aromas of wheat, light spice, a light clove/honey note with a light muskiness. Flavors of lemon, honey, wheat, spice with a lingering sweet/sour finish. Lemonade like flavor and tartness.

(Bottle 75 cl) Another unique beer from Teo Musso Matterino. Apparently brewed with "Kamut" - a grain found in the graves of the Pharaohs! Added cane sugarjuice and a colour like the desert of Namibia! Well, Teo you certainly are a good storyteller. Fully golden, unfiltered, not much head. Strangely spiced, almost peppery aroma - not easily defined. Is it the kamut? An underlying sweetness and just a hint of hops. Very fascinating. 181104
