Malt hoppy sweet aroma. Coloudy amber colour with reasonable head. Sweet malt spicy flavour. Fizzy palate.

An unclear orange beer with a disappearing white head. The aroma is spicy and fruity with oranges standing out. The flavor is sweet and quite spicy dry with coriander standing out.

Bottled: Unclear orange coloured. Yeast, fruit, light sourness in the aroma. Reminds a bit of a abbey tripel. Flavour is sweet and fruity with a light sourness in the background. Light spiced. Is quite thin bodied. Dry in the end.

Nora is a unique brew inspired to ancient egyptian recipes; it makes use of egyptian "kamut" grain, sugar cane extract (guarap) and almost no hops. At a first glance, it doesnt’t look or smell very different from a wheat ale. Light orange hazy color; fizzy but short-lived head. Aroma is mostly citric, with yeast and ginger. Good balance between sweetness, and tartiness. Spicy, dry and pungent finish.

Massively fruity aroma, lightly sweet and citric with notes of freshly-squeezed orange juice, melon, pear, tangerine, white grape, honey, faintly clovey yeast esters, flowers and a lush background of green herbs and exotic spices. Light golden orange color, thoroughly hazy and cloudy with lots of fine dusty particulates and a fine, slight head. Flavor profile is sweet, fruity and lightly tart, citric and spicy with hints of orange, turbinado sugar and lemongrass, with an interesting but somewhat unfamiliar spicy/herbal quality throughout. Finish is tangy and juicy. Mouthfeel is effervescent and thin, body is medium. Very unique ale.

I’m not gettin much out of the aroma on this, its slightly malty leafy/grassy smell with a hint of lemon. If it hat a touch of sweetness, I would think it a wit. However it does have a nice slightly hazy yellow with a decent head on top. Flavor is much more revealing. It has a good bitterness to it that gets to you right off the bat, then there is a slight bit of spice to it and a very deep complex to it. After a few sips some peach and banaa notes come through a bit stronger. A fine brew that gets better and better after each sip.

Bright gold and light amber with copious amounts of bubbles. A very large, thick white head. Aroma is deep ginger, oranges, bread and some herbs. The flavor is sweet with tangerines dominating. It also has some bread and metallic notes in the finish. There is some medicinal quality to the taste that isn’t too distracting. Overall a solid beer, but too sweet.

This was a strange one, in my opinion. Probably the best brew I’ve had from Italy, and with a nice crispness and good flavor. Lacked any serious depth in most of its qualities, though, and needs some spice to improve the overall character of the beer.
