cloudy whit-like an bubbly with a huge head. Dusty grainy spiced smell. Bitter dusty taste, slight caramel. Spikey moderate mouth feel. Not an everday beer but good.

750 ml bottle. A hazy blonde near amber beer with a rich and persistent white head. Strange and peculiar aroma with spicy (ginger, pepper) and fruity (overall oranges) notes. There is also something I can’t explain, similar to wheat and probably the kamut. Unusual flavours too, spicy and fruity (peaches, citric fruits) with almost no traces of hop. Light to medium body, juicy. soft carbonation, long sweet finish and alcohol well hidden. Light bitterness and acidity. Original, interesting and well done.

Bottle. Mixed aroma of sweet honey, spice and pale malt. Brassy gold color with fine bubbles and a decent white head. Medium body with a mild, creamy carbonation. Flavor is lightly honey, lightly sour, lightly very many things, including ginger. The finish is honey on the edges, sour in the front, and mildly bitter on the edges (of the tongue). There is a strange rosy kind of flavor lurking, could that be myrrh? Great stuff.

Bottle @ Italian tasting @ YNWA, Kolding. Pours a nice clear golden with a medium creamy white head, weak lacing. The head diminishes fast. Aroma is complex: honey (is that the myrrh?), lots of herbs (basil peeping through), ashes, roses, ginger and wheat. Lively, but still rather full mouthfeel. Interesting flavour. Dry herbal, violets, heather, roses. Quite dry and very Saison-like. All these spices and herbs are never too much - always well-balanced.

I didn’t really care for this beer. It had an oddly perfumed aroma, and a combination of yeastiness and cerealness in its flavor that I couldn’t get into. More over, the excessive amount of floaties in this beer gave it a strange and unpleasant mouthfeel that was at the same time both slick and gritty. Appearance was a hazy tan, with some light and dark specks in it which reminded me of eggnog. Aroma was perfume-y, and the first thought that hit me was "lavender." Taste was faint at first, intensifying as it warmed, and the emerging flavor was cereal-y and yeasty in a way that was unpleasant to me. The mouthfeel was a bit gritty due to the floaties present, but also a bit slick and slimy feeling. I was not a fan of this beer and would not recommend it.

Thin grayish white head doesn’t last. Orangey hazy body. Strange perfumy fruity herbal aroma of licorice and cough syrup. Dry licorce taste with herbal and fruity notes, again kind of like cough syrup. Dry mealy herbal aftertaste. Strange, but not bad. (0.75l bottle at Isola della Birra, Milan.)
