Pours a slightly hazy light amber color with a small white head. Smells of nice spices and some citrus fruit, and alot of yeast. The flavor has a nice little refreshing spiciness to it, mixed in with some almost acidic fruitiness. Definitely has a good maltiness going as well. Carbonated well, the finish was quite lively on the palate. Interesting beer.

Strong spicy cedar aroma. Pours a hazy orange amber color. Smooth, a lot of cedar flavor, reminds me of the Hitachino Classic Pale Ale. Very spicy, allspice, hints of nutmeg, very interesting and different.

RBSG 07 grand tasting. Solan I think. A slightly cloudy yellow pour with a light white head. An aroma ci not not escatly fiure out but it is nice> I wanted to think it is lemon but it’s not. The flavor is unusual as well it isn’t bad and it is interesting. Palate is not foamy or bad it is a solid offering. Everything about it is unusual but it is good.

Its got a nice all around flavor of malts and nuts. Caramel-toffee with that’s not overly sweet. the appearance with dark blond with a smooth carbonation fizz.

The aroma is sweet with yeast, malt, spices, and fruit. The appearance is hazy amber gold. The head is decent. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is thin. Overall it’s OK but nothing special.

Bottled: Aroma is sourish, notes of lemon, citrus, yeast and fruit. Dark yellow to light orange color. Hazy with yeast remains. Flavor is sour sweet with spice and herbal notes. Herbal, light citrus end. Dry finish. Nice flavor, bit unpleasant aroma.

Bottle Sour Edition 2005 from Party Source. Poured a hazy yellow color with a large off-white head that diminished slowly with minimal lacing. Good aroma of grapefruit and spice. Medium body with smooth texture. Good sour citrus fruity bittersweet flavor with a complex sour finish of medium duration. Interesting complex brew.
