Apparently brewed with "Kamut" - a grain found in the graves of the Pharaohs! Added cane sugarjuice and a colour like the desert of Namibia! Well, Teo you certainly are a good storyteller. Fully golden, unfiltered, not much head. Strangely spiced, almost peppery aroma - not easily defined. Is it the kamut? An underlying sweetness and just a hint of hops. Very fascinating. 181104 yespr (12351), Copenhagen O, Denmark

Fruity, yet dry. Very complex with smooth mouthfeel leading to a dry finish. Unusual, interesting, and very much to my liking. MiP (9101), Sønderborg, Denmark
