Pours lightly muddy orange-amber with a nice, staying, creamy, off-white head. Aroma is lightly tart, some brett-character, oranges, light coriander and yeast. Great, creamy mouthfeel with low carbonation. Flavour is wonderfully malty, rye, some oranges with light tartness. Some sharpish pine hops finish it off nicely.

Mar 15, 2008 Off white foamy full lasting head. Cloudy orange colour. Aroma is malty with fruity (peach) and light spicy and sour notes. Flavour is fruity too with apricots tones, ending in a smooth fruity finish. Medium bodied.

Jan 12, 2008 Pours a cloudy orange color with a thick, bubbly, offwhite head. Aroma and flavor of wood, fruits, spices and yeast. The body is medium with a creamy texture and moderate carbonation. This is indeed a strange beer, I don’t know what this, but it’s interesting.
