Commercial Description:
The masterpiece of the brewery. The beer that mostly encountered the favour among the customers at Le Baladin. Although one wouldn't believe that, it's the most alcoholic among all the productions. It originated from an old recipe created toward the end of the '800 following the style of the belgian abbey beers. Intense aroma of warm flowers, apricot and banana and hints of bitter almond. Agreeable, refreshing and quenching taste of apricot in syrup, almond cake and citrus fruits. Excellent the use of belgian selected hop during the fermentation process. This beer matches perfectly with ripen cheeses, biscuits and almond sweets.

Appearance: Pours a clear, medium amber body with a white head. Smell: Sweet pale malt aroma with a vague fruitiness (figs, maybe) to it and light yeasty notes. Taste: A light malt sweetness is instantly stolen away by a dry, funky sourness and the flavor of musty apple juice. Hints of a light spiced red wine. Quick, thin finish. Mouthfeel: Thin-bodied. Moderately carbonated. Slightly watery. Drinkability: The flavors run a bit too thin for me. I preferred the Wayan to this one.

Bottle. Orange body with a lots of chunky floaties and a small white creamy head. Interestingly enough there was some orange hop character in the aroma along with bready yeast and metal. Quite sweet flavour with fruitiness in the form of pears and some tart apples. Bready alcohol is apparent also. Pretty good overall.

Bottle.
Hazed amber red with large chunks floating about. Small, thick creamy top.3+
Aroma: Rich ,sweet malts , light hop tap. Good gentle ale.7+
Medium bodied, wet woody touches, slightly musky. Mineral-earthy notes. Yeasty, earthy. Clear and interestingly brewed. I love the set up. Neat hybrid.

Beautiful, hazy copper-orange with small yeasties swirling about under a large billowy head that leaves nice lace. Aroma is spicy peach-grape wine with a dry and yeasty astringent quality. Flavor is similar with an initial sweetness that is balanced well with a finish of some peppery hops, and some mostly dry yeast and vinous alcohol flavors. Palate is medium-bodied and dryish. I was a bit leery of Italian beer based on several previous experiences, but this attempt to imitate Belgian brewers turned out quite nicely. Still, a tad too winelike for my taste.

A murky orange appearance. Some citrus and bread present in the aroma. The flavor is a little on the spicy side with some lemons and brown sugar. Pretty good beer.
