Nov 15, 2005 Cloudy amber with a fizzy beige head. Notes of berries, tart fruit, banana, yeast in the aroma. Full bodied and carbonated. The flavor was sweet yet sour. Yeast, fruit, alcohol.

Nov 14, 2005 This beer is a beautiful dark tangerine with lots of tiny yeast sea monkeys, a short-lasting dense head and slight lacing. The palate is nice—full of enthusiastic carbonation and a light, refreshing mouth-feel. The aroma is heavy with tangerine and citrus, apricots, bright hops and alcohol. Retronasal aromas are pretty cool— juicy tangerine is amplified for a second bow.The flavor is well-balanced; not too bitter, not to sweet with a slightly bitter, average-lenth finish.

Sep 9, 2005 Amber clearly color, hazy orange; much elegant and bubbly one. Compact and adherent foam, good duration and shape. Fresh and prickly scent; banana, vanilla and red currant notes. Softly sourish end. Rich and agreeable taste, light spiced and bitter deprive. Much drinkable although 8%.

Aug 31, 2005 Bottle. Pretty good. Estery fruit. Banana and red berry and some black currant. Slightly yeasty, and quite smooth, quite well balanced in the end. I am getting touches of apricot as the description above says. I think this is pretty good, but probably not as good as i was hoping.

Aug 12, 2005 Enjoyably drinkable, but not remarkable. It pours a hazy yellowed orange with a creamy off-white head that dissipates rather quickly. The nose is pleasant, a slightly pungent sour fruit smell with a bouquet of summer flowers. Lively in the mouth, it has a simple citric fruit flavor, tart oranges mostly, with a bit of floral hop bitterness.
