Commercial Description:
The masterpiece of the brewery. The beer that mostly encountered the favour among the customers at Le Baladin. Although one wouldn't believe that, it's the most alcoholic among all the productions. It originated from an old recipe created toward the end of the '800 following the style of the belgian abbey beers. Intense aroma of warm flowers, apricot and banana and hints of bitter almond. Agreeable, refreshing and quenching taste of apricot in syrup, almond cake and citrus fruits. Excellent the use of belgian selected hop during the fermentation process. This beer matches perfectly with ripen cheeses, biscuits and almond sweets.

Dark orange colored with cloudy appearance. Little yellow head. Toffee and lemon dominates in aroma, mild alcohol, apricot and hops also here. Medium bodied. Flavor is similar with apricot and sweet fruits, mild alcohol also here. Aftertaste has mild alcohol with sweetness still lasting.

Bottled from Systembolaget. Hazy amber with a large head. Vinous aroma with toffee and fruits. Loads of tropical fruits in the flavour. A bit too much alcohol present.

Bottled (breakfast beer for me when arriving to omhper). Clear amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is fruity and toffeish with some slight marzipan and mild fudgelike notes. Flavour is fruits, yeast, some fudge and quite much on spices. Pleasant balance. As it warms up it shows some notes of alcohol and honey as well.

Light orange color with no head. Aroma of orange peel and hay. Caramel and malted barley flavor, finishing with some sweet oranges. Not much going on, but decent.

Nice copper red-orange with a thin quick off white head. Aroma is sweet malts, some citrus, some peppery spiciness and alcohol. Taste is fruity, apricots, caramel, very syrupy in feel and some alcohol in the end. A nice beer.

Bottle:
Pours orange with loads of sediments and a thick and lacing head. Not much going on in the sweet-ish aroma. Flavour is sweet with spicy notes of orange and maybe some liquorice. Dry-ish alcohol finish.
