Aug 6, 2008 Hazy amber with frothy tan head. mild aroma is apricot with grape skins, spices, and cinnamon roll. Smooth medium body. Flavors are caramel malty sweet cinnamon roll with non discript spices. Not too bad.

May 6, 2007 A murky orange appearance. Some citrus and bread present in the aroma. The flavor is a little on the spicy side with some lemons and brown sugar. Pretty good beer.

Nov 7, 2009 Sample @ Coles Italian Ber Tasting. deeper golden pour. Notes of rich caramel malts, toffee, brown sugar, nutty. Floral flavors add interesting aspects. Fuller mouthfeel & nice malty richness. Nice beer

Sep 9, 2006 750 with gputty. Dirty, murky golden brown, off white head. Nose is lightly sour, fruity. Tart, fruity flavor. Not bad.

Nov 25, 2004 Slightly hazed amber body topped by a large rocky light manila head. Excellent glass lacing. The aroma is quite fruity apricot also some floral notes. The flavor is also fruity along with some yeastiness. Assertive medium bitter body. Dry finsih. The best belgain ale from Italy I have ever had. :)

Jul 26, 2007 Bottle sampled. Pours cloudy amber with a decent size off-white head. Aroma of caramel, fruit, citrus, and spices. the flavor is yeast, spices, fruit, and caramel. Good body, good brew.

Jan 16, 2007 Pours an orange amber color and the semll is very reminiscent of a Belgian triple. Very nice citrus. Tastes of sweet fruit. I really liked this one. Second time I’ve had it. We just got it back in the store today actually at Knightly Spirits in Orlando.
