Grapy, vinuous aroma, with rustic bread, apricot or peach notes. Seet and sour, sweet dried pit fruit, cherries, then a tart finish. Full-flavored, with a light caramel malt backing. Somewhat undefinable, becuase it has so much fruit. Not astringent or overly alcoholic at all. A nice beer to sip on a hot afternoon. LordCorkscrew (984), Ronco Scrivia (GE), Italy

A me pare di sì. | 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Aug 23, 2009 The beer poured a bright orange color with a tight head, the beer was very hazy. The aroma was spicy and lightly floral, the aroma reminded me of a classic Belgian dubbel. The flavor is sweet, sweeter than I normally like, but somehow it works well here. Spicy flavors dominate with some fruitiness, some orange, and some alcohol. Pretty good. Naven (879), Poway, California, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Dec 31, 2006 Bottle: Pours a light orange/amber color. Smell is belgian yeasts mixed with fruit and spices. Flavor is reminiscent of many belgian tripels. I didnt detect any sourness as others have mentioned, so if brett is present, is very faint. Overall, not a bad beer. MartinKubert (862), Copenhagen, Denmark
