Well balanced and recommended except for the price- around $14 or $15 if I remember. doublebock (197), USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | May 22, 2006 Bottle. Pours hazy orange with a huge whitish head and an intense pillar of bubbles from the bottom of the glass. The aroma has quite a bit of tangerine, some raisin, a little bit of bread, and some faint earthy alcohol. The flavor is quite well balanced, with some cookies, flowers, zest, honeycomb, and maybe a bit of cedar. The finish is quite subtle, including sugar, raw flowers, and an earthiness that holds over into the aftertaste. While far from the best constructed of this style, this is very very drinkable. Well carbonated body with a thin vinous mildly floral nose. Citrusy and yeasty. Quite mild; alcohol is well masked.
