Medium bodied, wet woody touches, slightly musky. Mineral-earthy notes. Yeasty, earthy. Clear and interestingly brewed. I love the set up. Neat hybrid.

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Dec 31, 2006 Bottle: Pours a light orange/amber color. Smell is belgian yeasts mixed with fruit and spices. Flavor is reminiscent of many belgian tripels. I didnt detect any sourness as others have mentioned, so if brett is present, is very faint. Overall, not a bad beer.
