Commercial Description:
The masterpiece of the brewery. The beer that mostly encountered the favour among the customers at Le Baladin. Although one wouldn't believe that, it's the most alcoholic among all the productions. It originated from an old recipe created toward the end of the '800 following the style of the belgian abbey beers. Intense aroma of warm flowers, apricot and banana and hints of bitter almond. Agreeable, refreshing and quenching taste of apricot in syrup, almond cake and citrus fruits. Excellent the use of belgian selected hop during the fermentation process. This beer matches perfectly with ripen cheeses, biscuits and almond sweets.

From the bottle a hazy light orange body infused with floaty particles sits with a cap of fizzy white foam. Yeast give estery hints of banana and a touch of clove meshing with a crisp citrus orange peel and black pepper spicing. There was a bit of coriander in the finish working well with the dry crisp finish.

The color was a some what cloudy orange or very lite amberish, you choose.Lots of particulate yeast throughout this brew.Nice head that had a pretty decent staying power. The aroma was very fruity, mild hints of nuttiness and spicey. The flavor was even better, fruity and spicey with a mild malt to it the alcohol wasn't real strong but you did notice it and certain points of the palate, and the after taste was malty and mildly spicey with a fruity hint to it.This is quite a brew and quite exspensive at 15 bucks a bottle, but it seems like a worth while deal for such a well done beer.

Dark, hazy amber with a very small off white head. Some sediment. Aromas and tastes of spices and fruits. Alcohol content well hidden. Fizzy body. I enjoyed this beer but after mail order, it was on the expensive side.

Very aromatic. Sweet fruits...cherry and strawbeery and a bit of acidic tang. Pale red/light brown with a diminishing bubbly head. A lot of honey/malt sweetness in the fore. Floral notes and a biscuity malt finish. feels like a cross between a Belgian and an English pale Ale and I really like the effect.

Amber clearly color, hazy orange; much elegant and bubbly one. Compact and adherent foam, good duration and shape. Fresh and prickly scent; banana, vanilla and red currant notes. Softly sourish end. Rich and agreeable taste, light spiced and bitter deprive. Much drinkable although 8%.
