| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 16, 2009 Hazy blond with a thin white head. Nose of hay and a little grainy note. Body is very thin with gentle grainy backbone. Light aftertaste, almost unpleasant wet grain, barnyard feeling, Quite ordinary blonde beer and in my opinion far from being a Saison.
NB: The bottle indicated best before september 2009. Will give it a try with a fresher bottle next time. hobbersr (406), Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada
