A lovely copper colour with a thin but lasting bubbly white head. A straight forward drop of best really. Faint dusky sour notes, nice chalky dry feel with a good bitterness. Pleasant caramel in the finish with a pronounced nutty note. Fairly standard but very pleasant, even though it is growing old it’s still doing well. A decent best bitter. bobinlondon (844), Harrow, Greater London, England
