Tap at the brew store. Clear amber color with a large beige head. Caramel and toffee notes in the aroma. The flavor was malty with some nutty notes.Citrusy hop finish. Nice bitterness and dry.

Tap at Mr. Peabody’s. Pours brown with a decent off-white head. Strong aroma of malt, cocoa, and some smoke. Taste does not live up to the aroma, but is still good. Mostly malt and toffee, witn a bitter finish. Good, not great.

Tap at the 10th anniversary celebration. Somewhat dark and roasty malt character, sweetness controlled but a bit thin in mouthfeel.

Tap at the 10th Aniv. Compares a SA. boston lager with more malts and less hops. Slightly roasted with hints of smoke, chocolate and a slight alcohol finish. Lacked in body with a thin palate.

rerate at the 11th. Malty up front, with a spicy back, a vast improvement. very tasty I had this on tap at the brewery’s 10th anniversary celebration. This is a dark amber pour with some maltiness. Not a big beer, but tasty.

I was really into this beer. On tap at the brewery. Poured a very deep copper color with an off whit head. Aroma of some chocolate, and caramel malts. Had a nice bitter finish.

Tap, O’Brien’s. Pours a brownish color. Kind of like watered down Coke. Stong roasty aroma with malts and a little chocolate. Rich roasted malt/chocolate flavors. Finish is malty and bitter.
