Hand pumped@Ballast Points Linda Vista brewery: Rich golden color with a medium off-white head. Aroma is hoppy and lightly floral. Flavor is much like the regular Big Eye, but more mellow with a less intense, but solid, lingering bitter finish. Medium body is smooth with lively carbonation.

On hand pump at Home Brew Mart. Pours a clear deep golden color with a 2 finger thick off white head. Big nose of citrus, pine and oak. Flavor held hints of sweet oak with good hop bitterness while remaining very smooth and drinkable. They could have over done it with the oak, but they hit it right on the head, great stuff!

draft at homebrew mart location - samples side by side with the regular version; similar look but slightly flatter with low carbonation; drinks silky smooth and very tasty; the oak aging has dimensioned the strong hop aromas somewhat, but leaves a much sweeter and fuller mix of flavors; terrific

Cask @ Homebrewmart. Nice beer to try on cask. Pours orange with a 2 finger puffy tan head. Nose is sweet and hoppy and oaky with a lot of citrus. Taste is sweet and citrussy and hoppy. Very tasty and smooth. I like it.

On nitro at the Linda Vista location. Pours brilliant orange/amber with a creamy white head, sheet lace. Smells bright and citrusy with a sinful underlying woody sweetness. Tastes hoppy and citrusy with a sweet wood backbone. No crazy flavors just a good IPA with some woody sweetness. Medium body, velvetty carbonation.
