On hand pumped cask at Stone today. Dry hopped with Centennial and German Tettanger Hops. Amazing dense white head. Took a long time for foam to rise and settle, like a Boddingtons from the can. Nice orange amber color. Smooth and mellow body with sweet bite from the hops. Piny and sharp, but mellow too.

Blueberries and bubblegum aroma that sadly does not transfer to the taste. Not bottle conditioned??? Strong bitterness with some berry flavor on the back of the tongue. An excellent average IPA .

Bottle, 22oz, at the European Beer Festival, Copenhagen. A clear, dark golden beer with a small off-white head. Hop-driven nose with a nice blend of citrus, pinecones and resin. Malt in the background. The flavor goes in the same direction with the maltyness playing second violin, and it ends with a lasting bitter finish. Full body. Quenching, easy to drink IPA. Lovely. updated 4/10/09: bomber, $4.99. Pours light gold-orange, with medium head. Soapy aroma, with strong floral and piney notes. Palate is crisp, with lingering finish. Flavors of sweet tangerine, orange marmalade, and grapefruit are most prominent. Overall, this beer is perfectly tasty, a very soapy-sweet rendition.

On tap at Chandler Whole Foods with cascade hops. Pours a light golden color with a respectable white head. Loaded with hops in the aroma and flavor. Faint citrus and malt. Perfect for pairing with bar food.

Special keg dry hopped with amarillo hops @ Chandler Whole Foods. Pours a nice hazy golden color with a decent white head. Aroma of citrusy hops, pine, and malt. Flavor is big citrusy hoppy bitter goodness. The regular version of this is a good IPA, but the dry hopped version was fantastic.

Poured from a 12oz. bottle into a pint glass. Glowing golden color with two-finger width head that slowly recedes back into the beer or clings to the side of the glass. Pillowy head made up of small fluffy bubbles. Aroma is strong (I could smell it well while I was pouring) Initially I got whiffs of caramel, pine, and some citrus. Upon a deeper inhalation, a floral bouquet became apparent with a lighter piny aroma and some notes of tropic fruit, grapefruit and kiwi. The mouthfeel is larger than I expected as the hoppiness dominates my mouth. The flavor is complex yet satisfying! I can best describe it as a light toffee and caramel core with a citrus and pine hoppy perimeter. This is one of my favorite IPAs!
