Pours a clear copper amber brew with a thin off-white head that quickly dissipates to a thin white ring. Aroma of citrus zest, a touch of grapefruit, light caramel and multi-grain malt with a hint of tropical fruit. Taste is medium bodied, lightly carbonated with flavors of multi-grain malt, citrus zest, a touch of grass and some pine. Finish is semi-dry with a lingering bitterness.

The nose is piny, citrusy, grapefruit rind, sweet, malty, lightly earthy. The flavor is earthy, malty, piny/herbal hop grapefruit rind bitterness. Aroma is pine and citrus hops. First taste is pine and citrus hops burn. Pretty strong hops flavor, not sure the IBUs are 55 seem more like 80+. Not enough malt backbone for me.
