| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jun 19, 2008 Bottled. Golden coloured. Light unclear. Dense off white head. Pine, citrus, light peach, grape and some caramel in the aroma and the flavour. The aroma a bit more subdued than flavour. Is a bit herbal and spicy in the flavour as well. Medium to full bodied. Quite dry. Loads of bitterness in the end, which to some extend is countered by a nice fruity sweetness. Nice one. Could use some of these in Bangalore!! beermaniac (86), Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Jun 18, 2008 Aroma: Fruity, herbal, intense hop aroma. Pineapply, citrusy hop. Nice.
Appearance: Low head retention, very clear, dark gold color
Flavor: Intensely bitter with a thinnish finish. Could use a little more malt to balance, but the hop character is fresh and prominent. Herbal, spicy, citrusy, piney...nice!
Palate: Medium light body is a little thin for style, carbonation is adequate.
Overall: Nice IPA, complex hop character, but could use more of a malt character. Marsiblursi (1653), Göteborg, Sweden
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jun 18, 2008 (Bottle) Pours glowing deep amber with a creamy, medium, off-white head. The aroma is medium hoppy, medium malty and medium fruity with tones of citrus fruits like grapefruit and orange, fresh sweet apricots, mango, pineapple, toast, light caramel, light cookie, resiny wood and pine, new cut grass, light floral, peppery vanilla and subtle tones of gooseberries and cat piss. The flavour is medium hoppy and light to medium malty with boatloads of resin and grapefruity, orangey citrus up front but leaves some room for some floral and grassy tones. The malt profile is toasty with light notes of toffee and caramel. Tiny tropical in the flavour as well. The mouthfeel is soft, quite smooth and tiny oily with a tickling, medium crisp carbonation. Light sweet and medium to heavily bitter with a dry finish. Grapefruit and resin ligers in the aftertaste. Medium bodied. mjs (1541), Helsinki, Finland

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 14, 2008 12oz. First point of business, this one gets a 3/10 for marketing. See Bell’s Two Hearted for a beer that pulls off the whole fish thing. With that out of the way, I poured this beer to a clear copper/amber body with a quickly fading white head. First sniff was a vodka sour (where the sour mix has a healthy dose of OJ) but it fades pretty quickly. Body is malty IPA and not a whole lot else. Finish may be the best part, it lingers awhile and I get a slight spearmint garnish. Just a garnish, mind you, no mint-infused syrup here. ucusty (1913), Wake Forest, North Carolina, USA
