Nose of citrus hops, and light malts. Very smooth and slick mouthfeel. Flavor is strongly of floral and citrus hops, and there is long nicely bitter finish. An excellent IPA; Indra (2030), Prairie Village, Kansas, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 3, 2008 12oz. bottle. Hoppy, fruity aroma, citric and fresh with notes of grapefruit, pineapple and a bit of toasted caramel maltiness as counterpoint. Clear deep golden color with a lasting, fine, white head. Flavor is very hop-oriented, these contributing a good deal of resinous, juicy citrus and sharp bitterness throughout, but again seeing a touch of toasted, honeyish malt here and there to provide sweetness and balance. Finishes dry and clean, with a lingering bitter hop tang. Mouthfeel is oily, sharp and moderately effervescent, body is medium. A sure bet to satisfy one’s hop fix. Single-hopped with Centennial, I understand. dmac (1469), Toms River, New Jersey, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jun 1, 2008 22 oz bomber from Spirits RB. Pours a slghtly hazy orangey amber with a large frothy white head. Aroma has a good touch of malty sweetness up front, toffee, caramel and syrup blended in with some citrusy hops. Medium bodied with average carbonation that is nice and refreshing. Flavor is actually better then the aroma with a good balance from the caramel malts with the citrus hops making a nice appearance towards the end and finishes rather bitter.Sampled this with some friends and even though this was the first bottle we opened it was one of the best of the night. thewolf (5782), Kolding, Denmark
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jun 1, 2008 Bottle. [thank you, ChristianScheffel, hope it’s okay I drank it]
Pours clear orange with a big, creamy, lightly offwhite head. Aroma is exqusite hoppiness, apricot, grapefruit, pine and a little caramel behind it. Fine, lightly fat, and lightly crisp mouthfeel. Flavour is a little underwhelming, a bit fruity sweet at first, lots of fruity hops, dominated by grapefruit and pine. Very dry and hoppy finish. DeadGuyFrank (347), http://westchesterbeer.com, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jun 1, 2008 I do not know what it is, but there is wacked about this beer…one dimensional, sweet hop flavoring, somewhat carbonated, over toasted in some parts, just not that good for my palate.
