May 29, 2008 Bière #7 au Mondial 08 (28/5/08), bouteille. Ambrée claire, peu de collet. Arome d’houblon un peu amère avec des notes de pêches et d’agrume. Goût bien amère, zeste d’agrume bien houblonné. Un très bon IPA!

May 29, 2008 bomber, poured a perfect golden orange julius head, nose of malty citrus, flavors run from bready malts, citrus and sweet toffees, has a fine balance of body and nice bitter finish

May 28, 2008 Bottle. Pours a clear light brown/orange with a white head that leaves pretty lacing on the glass. Aroma is strongly of piney hops, also some grapefruit and citrus hops. The flavor is lots of citrus and a bitter finish. Heavy, rich mouthfeel. Very similar to Green Flash West Coast IPA. Quite enjoyable!

May 27, 2008 Pretty great IPA. Nice hoppy flavor. Fruity aroma and slightly citrusy hop flavor Really enjoyable. I don’t even like fishing, but I can see myself on a boat on the middle of a lake catching a big eye trout.

May 27, 2008 Bottle 0.65 l. Bought Bjergtrolden Roskilde. Unclear golden amber colour with medium white head. Very fruity hops aroma. Bitter taste filled with hops - very dry. Grapefruit. Soft carbonation.

May 27, 2008 Bottle. Aroma of citrus (largely grapefruit), floral hops. Flavor more of the same. Good malt presence, but still very drinkable. This is splitting hairs, but at times the citrus/grapefruit/floral hoppiness just sort of blended together into general semi-bitter, semi-flavorful hoppiness without taking a side nor a distinct profile. That said, still very, very tasty.

May 24, 2008 On draft @ Capones with Mad_indian. Pours a light clear amber with an average size off-white head. Aroma of citus, caramel, and some pine. The flavor is citrusy, caramel, and a good amount of hoppy bitterness. A little thin, but not bad.
