Smells of fresh hops, citrus and rind with a malty backend. Tastes of juicy fruit, crisp hops, tangerine and pineapple. Feels medium and refreshing in the mouth with nice carbonation. But then again, you had no idea that I wanted more! Pours a sweet, dense, golden cheddar with an aroma of sweet fruit (honeydew and strawberry) with sugary hops. Flavor is a mixture of pine and grapefruit with wet hops in the finish. Thick and coating mouthfeel. In my tasting notes I noted: "Need more!" Irishboy heard the call and acted accordingly... Now THAT is rock-and-roll, my friends...
