Amber color; creamy generous head. Good ipa, with caramel and toffee flavor, and partially aromatic hop, and of course strong bitterness; also lightly fruity flavor and light earthy/manure aroma; the bitterness is getting lightly astringent at the end. Quite good.

Aroma of lots of grapefruit, some caramel, and piney undertones.Poured a good finger and a half head. Medium-dark oragnge body, with light lacing throuhout. Tasted lots of hops, with zesty fruity notes, as well as a bit of bread. Palate was medium with an oily texture. Overall, a very good IPA, one of the better ones I’ve had.

Pours a nice amber-copper color with frothy head that dissipates quickly. Nose of grapefruit and other citrus, caramel and roasted malts, and slight floral notes. Flavor contains lots of nice lemon and grapefruit zest, slight herbal notes, and some sweet dark fruit and slight bready malts. Tons of great cascade bitterness, but hop complexity takes this one to another level. Medium bodied and a nice dry finish. Great Ipa.

A first rate IPA- lots of grapefruit, orange and resiny pine. Strong aroma and vibrant zesty flavor. If you like oodles of Cascade hops then this is the beer for you.

Bottle. Pours a golden honey-like amber, with a solid stand of white head. Sweet floral aroma with plenty of sappy citrusy and piney hops. The flavor is also sweet and floral with a nicely balanced blend of mostly aromatic hops. Generally sweet, but with a mildly dry finish; very smooth. Medium, slightly syrupy body; moderate to moderately low carbonation. Super smooth and flavorful, medium strength IPA; a standout in a crowded field.

Clear medium to dark orange color with a large, frothy, excellent lancing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, pine, grapefruit, orange. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (190508)
