Ruby amber color with a beautiful creamy white film. The lacing is beautiful and covers the snifter. Aroma is spicy hops and nice malts. Lots of complexity for a beer that calls itself an amber ale. Flavor is just wow. Tasty malt, spicy fresh grassy hops. Very interesting and delicious.

Draught at Homebrew Mart next to Ballast Point: Uh, amber color, thin tan head. Nose of earthy hops and balanced caramel. Some starchy bitterness in the flavor. A bit of a metallic soapy tail. Decent amber, nice body.

An orangish amber apperance. A caramel and orange aroma. The flavor is rather bitter with some nutmeg, lemon, and grapefruit. A creamy mouthfeel. Pretty good.

Pours a dark caramel color. Good head. Big caramel malt in the aroma and flavor. Bit of nuttiness. Moderate hoppiness is more than expected. Not a bad amber ale at all. Pretty tasty.

Aroma: evident belgian caramel malt with American ctitrus pine hops. perfrect median between malt and hop aroma. Appearance: Copper to amber in color clear with minimal white head. Flavor: Malty sweetness with a pronounced bittering from hops Palate: mediun body even texture average carbonation abrupt dry finish. Overall: I beer I really enjoy excellent matchup on the hops and malt, almost a dusseldorf alt style with the addition of American hops. Description stated ESB and I can agree with that good to great beer.

65 cl bottle. Amber colour with a weak head. Very hoppy aroma and hints of caramel-malt. Also very hoppy with some quite much bitterness. Reminds me more of a IPA like anything else.

(Bottle 65 cl) Clear, dark amber with a small, off-white head. Nutty aroma. Dry body with notes of caramel and nuts and a somewhat crude bitter, hoppy finish. 240206
