Pours light hazy pale amber with a small creamy white head. Nice look, actually. Absolutely stunning aroma! Very fruity, very hoppy. Peach, grapefruit, oranges, apples and pine. Nice carbonation and very dry mouthfeel. Flavour is good as well, a biscuity backbone to the diluge of hops. The fruitiness prevails in the taste. Really nice IIPA. cheeta (904), Langå, Denmark

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 19, 2008 Shared by Dickinsonbeer. Hazy deep orange, almost amber in color with a medium off white head. Aroma- is a good amount of fresh grapefruit as well as light flowery notes, with some molasses hanging around in the back. Taste seems more like an ASA, and bordering on a barleywine rather than an IIPA. Body gets a bit syrupy and the hops are there in the form of citrus, but they get lost in the malt backbone somewhat. Bitterness builds up and becomes moderate to heavy in the finish. Thanks Paul.

Fantastic powerfull hopy aroma, still malty notes is present. Heavy bitter flavor. More citrus notes than perfumed flowers taht you normally finds in DIPA. Very creamy palate. this beer scores so high because the malt is distinct and the hopps fabulous. Marthinus (126), Denmark
