Pours a beautiful clear golden straw color. The nose is not as strong with hops as I thought but still prominent. I taste a lot of tropical fruit like mango and papaya. The malt is present in the middle and bittering hops finish nicely. What a great clear finish.

Pours a brilliant translucent gold with a two finger cascading white head. Aroma is bursting with fruit and citrus character. Mango, sweet citrus juice, tropical, tad spicy, some honey. Flavor is less delicate than the aroma. Spicy bitterness, pink grapefruit, a bit of honey. Spicy palate with a citrus rind bitterness. Awesome

Tap at Toronado 22nd Anniversary. Clear golden-amber color with a lasting white head. Aroma is sweet malt and piney/resinous hops. Flavor is lots of sweet caramel malt, toffee, honey, and heavy-hitting pine/citrus hops. Fairly syrupy and oily palate with lingering hop bitterness. Good stuff.

22 ounce bottle courtesy of CrellMoset. Thanks! Pours a hazy peach color with a medium head. Good head retention and lacing. Big resiny citrus notes with a good toffee-like maltiness. Taste is resiny hop notes with citrus, pineapple and a note of toffee. Full bodied. Straightforward double IPA but very good.

650 mL. Pours a clear apple juice-colored amber with a one-finger, egg-shell head. Awesome, sticky lacing. Aroma is exquisite- pretty much the exact aroma in my opinion to Bells Hopslam: tons of orange blossom and clover honey, big grapefuit hops, fresh citric hops. Taste is caramel, grapefruit hops, spices, honey, and some nutty bitterness. Pretty refreshing actually. As this warms the near 10% comes into play with an extra spicy kick. Very close to Hopslam but lacks the palate.

Bottle from Bev Mo (not refrigerated). Pale clear golden color..No head. Nice full piney hop aroma. Flavor is well balanced, pine, some citrus, some light malt. Not too bitter. Hides higher ABV welll. Might not have been fresh, but I still enjoyed this beer.

Interesting IIPA...beautiful liquid gold body with a dense ivory head that left sticky lacing on the inside of the glass. Aroma is aggressive evergreen and bright citrus. Flavor is filled with spruce, douglas fir, and ponderosa...it is amazing how much pine is included in the flavor (by far the most of any beer I’ve tasted). Grapefruit and lemongrass are also present. Medium mouthfeel.
