(Draught) Pours a cloudy golden orange body with a small white head. Aroma of mustiness, grass, grapefruit, barnyard, and lemon. Flavor of grapefruit, vinegar, and carbonated water with a thin mouthfeel and dry finish.

A golden amber gueuze with a thin white head. In aroma, pleasant lactic points, with Brett notes, light ground cherries, spot on. In mouth, a nice classy gueuze with loads of acetic acid, a bit of epsom salt, sustained sourness, some sour berries, wood, well done! On tap at Ballast Point 13 Anniv. Beer Festival , Oct. 24 2009.

1st rating. Tap during the VIP session of the san diego brewer’s guild fest. Pours orange with a tan ring. Nose is sour and tart and excellent. Taste is full of puckering goodness, awesome delicious potent sour. Not a true gueze but a great sour beer.

On tap at Stone Sourfest. Pours with a small white head over a hazed golden body. Aroma of earth, funk, cheese, brett and lacto. Taste is sharp with funk, cheese, vinegar and acid. Good. Medium carbonation.

Tasted at Stone Sour Fest. Hazy yellow with a fizzy white head. Sour straw aroma. Sour fruit taste and a dry tart taste.

Tap @ Stone Sour Fest 2009. This was one of the big surprises of the fest for me (in a good way). Pours a hazy soft orange color with a small white ring. Lots of tart citrus with some apricot and other flesh fruits. Flavors of tart lemon peel, tangerine, and some light funk on the back end. Finish begins tart then turns very crisp and refreshing, amazing stuff!

On tap at Stone Sour Fest 09. Hazy yellow pour. Earthy malts, funky barnyard notes, lemon zest, wood, grass, and acidic sourness. A good sour, dry.
