brettpace (174), Northridge, California, USA Mar 24, 2007 Just had a taste of this last night. Not bad, hoppy, lots of carbonation, cant wait to go to the brewery.
AmEricanbrew (1101), Swamp Shreveport, Left Coast, Louisiana, USA Oct 30, 2008 Brilliant dark gold with a white head. Mild aroma is grainy malts. Medium body. Subtle flavors of lightly sweet bready and grainy malts. No real hop taste and barely bitter in the finish.
doubelknv3 (501), Illinois, USA Oct 18, 2008 Grain, malt sweet aroma. Pale golden with a thin white head. Citrus, sweet malt, and grain flavor notes. Full bodied with mild bitter finish. GuilTTy (475), Cherry Hill, New Jersey, USA Oct 13, 2008 Bomber from Canals in Lawrenceville. Pours light amber with a medium white head that hangs around almost long enough for a second sip. Slightly yeasty, citrusy aroma. Flavors of light toast, lemon zest, vanilla and a little piney hops. Thin mouthfeel and a very snappy finish. Overall, a pretty decent pale but nothing special and certainly not one of the better pales on the West Coast block.
Trooper11 (458), Suffolk, Virginia, USA Oct 13, 2008 deep caramel malty aroma. Golden yellow brew with an average size foamy white head. Bitter bourbon woody flavor, deeeeep burn with vanilla notes.Extreme dry. Nutty aftertaste. Narnad (156), Wonder Lake, Illinois, USA Oct 6, 2008 Comes from the glass a yellow-orange with not much head. Aroma is of acidic apple and a very floral hops scent. Flavor is a bit corny with some grassy hops and a slight sour flavor. Very boring and nothing outstanding here.
