(draft) Lacing doesn’t even begin to describe the foam that clung to my glass. A very nice stout - reminded me a lot of Murphy’s. There was just a hint of chocolate, but nothing overpowering or pretentious at all. Yummy.

On tap, Nine Fine Irishmen, Las Vegas. Black, Nice thick tan head. Malty, coffee aroma. Rich routhfeel. Traditional coffee flavors, with a fairly thick, dry finish. Some earthy hop flavors at the end.

Nitro. Pours a nice dark brown/black color, brown nitro induced head. This was pretty roasty, almost surprisingly so, burnt finish, nicer notes of caramel. Medium bodied. Sure, it would probably be better on CO2, but it was nice to run into a new stout in a place that I wasn’t really expecting to find a new beer.
