500ml bottle - clear with almost a yellow / lemon tinge. Appilsih on the nose but bordeding on the winey side of things. Medium-ish with some spritzy zest in the carbonation. The label says medium dry at that sums it up but it feels like it wants to go either way.

(On tap) Clear, pale golden with a white head leaving some laces. Some apple in the nose. Medium body with lightly sweet apple notes and a vague uderlying perfumy note. High in carbonation. Good balance between acid and sweetness. 200208
