The aroma is slightly perfumed with notes of malt and even the brewmash. The taste is very hoppy from the begining almost like a czech beer - but then it becomes a little watery - and the bitterness doesn't linger that long. It is not that sweet - but has a great balance and is a very pleasant beer to drink. Really good for a pilsener. omhper (12298), Stockholm, Sweden

Very bright pale yellow, almost green, decent white cloudy head. Grassy, a bit vegetably and malty aroma, some sweetness and paper too. Light palate. Slightly harsh malty flavor. Clean but boring light bulk lager. As sayravai mentioned, not far from Lapin Kulta. bierkoning (6094), La Tropica, Netherlands

Grainy, malty somewhat hopbitter flavor. Medium bodied with just a hint of orange and glue. Decent lager, but not an entirely clean palate. Bov (5495), Bienne, Switzerland

Straw colored with a creamy white head, it’s got a sweet, grainy malt aroma with no hints of hopping. Soft in the mouth, the sweet malts continue, along with some whispy grassiness. Sticky sweet finish. I will never have another of these (without pay), but actually, it’s quite a heap better than #3, Baltika’s regular pale lager.
