Baltika 3 Klassicheskoe (Classic)

Bouteille de 500 ml. La bière se présente avec une couleur or clair et un col de mousse moyen qui reste. Au nez on respire des arômes de maïs et de céréales. En bouche le corps est moyen avec une effervescence moyenne. On goûte des saveurs douces de céréales avec une finale très peu amère.

This is pretty decent for a lager. It’s definitely got the Eastern European thing going on. Not much flavor except for a tangy bitterness, which is better than nothing and more profound than most lagers. Great for a lager, just fair overall.

Pours piss yellow into a shaker. White sickly head. Macro adjunct aromas. Sweet and crisp upfront, turns cloying in the finish. Unpleasant.

Christ, this is poor. No aroma, typical lager appearance, apart from an initial sweetness there’s no flavour, bland on the palate. Undistinguished. It’s a sad comment on some of the world’s brewers that this is not the worst beer I’ve ever had.

Finally I tried the lager beer of Baltika (3). I expected a much better beer after having the baltika 6 (porter). However all I tasted was an average , unispired lager.
