Bottle. Fluffy high white and lasting head. Clear golden body. Mild and fruity barley malt aroma with lemon notes. Relatively bitter barely malt flavor with low carbonation and a short aftertaste. Pretty anonymous and boring.

Bottle. While it tastes like just about any other pale lager you can come across, it actually was pretty decent. A little weak, but (for what you should expect) it has a nice malt and hop flavor. It’s pretty smooth, and did not feel overcarbonated like so many domestics.

Rated 1/24/07: Pretty good...for a pale lager. Abundant aroma, mild maltiness with some crisp hops. Standard pour, nothing to complain about. Mouthfeel is nice but the finish falls off, kind of watery and lacking. Good taste, this one got better and smoother towards the end. Slightly sweet, again a good maltiness, rather crisp.

Had this one following a Mythos (Greek restaurant), though this one is ranked much higher in style pctl, I found it a much less tasty beer. It smelled a bit funny and I would not order another one. (Though their porter is very good.)

500 ml bottle, Mulmur. Pale colour, very effervescent head that quickly disappears. Faint grass and hops aroma. Sweet flavor, smooth finish. A bit weak but certainly drinkable.

Bottle. Pale coloured lager with big but short lived head. For a Euro lager this was ok, with little aroma but with some sweetness and a touch of hops in the finish. I’ve had a lot worse.

In the 500 mL bottle from Gomers. This was way better than a convenience store malt liquor as a post Parkville beer tasting beer. Pours pale gold with a white head that starts out big, but dies rather quickly. A malty wave of barley washes over you at first, then a second barley bomb blasts you as a quick finish. This is a real malt experience for such a light beer. Not crap at all.

Bottle from Sainsbury’s. Pours a pale straw colour a thick white head.A crisp beer to me plenty of flavour in the taste. Better than some european beers. More a pale ale than a lager.
