Pretty ordinary. Dull and boring boring boring. Flat head and a blandness which is overwhelming. Tick it off as another beer rated, thats about it.

This is my first Russian beer. It was purchased at the Caboose in Ashland, VA. It was foamy with a very white head. The beer was a claer yellow and not unlike many American beers. It did not have the body and full flavor of other beers. Some hops and modest malt. This is just too tame for my taste.

Smokey hop malt aroma. Clear yellow colour with poor head and lacing. Bitter malt hop flavour. Flat palate.

Surprisingly good! Well carbonated, no skuky scent (considering the bottle’s best before date was February 2006) the bottle I drank had a smooth, dry malty taste to it. Recommended ice-cold.

A suprisingly non offensive lager. Not much to it sure but not much to detract from it. Bonus points for being a half litre beer, I like those. Perhaps I over rate based on the unexpected lack of evil emanating from the bottle....

Sampled can from Russian store, Saarlouis,Deutschland. I am going against the flow here, but I really enjoyed this beer, flavor was fresh, hopped fine enough, and wasn´t overly sweet, a very nice drink on this rainy day. Very drinkable.
