Best Before: 03.06.09. I’m cutting it pretty close. We haven’t a moment to lose!
Appearance: Pours a bright blonde body with a large, frothy, white head.
Smell: Sweet-scented light malts with a waft of flower petals and a teeny tiny pinch of lemon zest.
Taste: Sweet, humble light pale malts paired with a solitary drop of lemon juice. Slight perceived hint of rice. Lightly floral hops and only a touch of overall bitterness. Minor yeastiness. Finishes semi-dry.
Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Medium carbonation. Curiously, it’s a tad oily in the mouthfeel.
Drinkability: Instantly forgettable, as there’s nothing inherently wrong, unique, or even pleasant about it. Some might even go as far to say "it drink pretty good." Bullit (1374), Glasgow, Scotland

Nose is honey malt. Flavor is bitter but with some malt. This isn’t a bad beer but why does this brewer offer multiple pale lagers? Sparky27 (1608), Phoenix, Arizona, USA

| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jan 11, 2009 I have never had a Russian beer, so i did not really know what to expect. Had in a bottle at Bottlescrew Bills, Calgary, AB. Aroma of hops and sweet corn malty touches. A bright gold amber pour with a medium sized white head. Sweet and hoppy, but leaves a moderately unpleasant aftertaste in my mouth. Overall, a fairly average beer. unclemike (833), Ft. Riley, Kansas, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jan 5, 2009 Yellow to very light amber coloured, little carbonation and an average white head. Very sweet hoppy aroma, some sweet herbs. Medium palate, light sprankling. Finish is sweet-bitter, very little metallic aftertaste, but not disturbing the taste. Better than I expected. A medium lager, just a little to sweet.
